CACI is seeking an Organizational Change Management specialist with the responsibility of developing engaging and impactful change plans to transform the usage of existing IT tools and roll-out of new technologies. You will help drive technology adoption/usage as we transition from traditional IT to cloud based services.

Key responsibilities include shaping and implementing our internal Tech change strategy, developing the approach and specific technology trainings. You'll have the opportunity to make a tangible customer education impact on a quickly changing tech change landscape. The ideal candidate is self- motivated, previous training experience with strong customer communications/engagement skills.

More About the Role:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the development and execution of change/training/communication plans for various tech initiatives
  • Develop comprehensive change/training/communication strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and objectives
  • Identify stakeholders and establish strong relationships to gain support and buy-in for proposed changes
  • Assess the impact of changes on various stakeholders and develop strategies to address resistance and mitigate risks
  • Create and execute communication plans to keep associates informed about upcoming changes, rationale and potential impact
  • Design and deliver tech training programs to equip associates with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new ways of working
  • Monitor and track the progress of change initiatives, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful implementation
  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change efforts and track outcomes
  • Analyze feedback and lessons learned from previous change initiatives to continuously improve tech change management processes and practices
  • Help identify and address OCM related risks
  • Collaborate with tech Project Leads to advocate for business partner needs and mitigate risks

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Ability to attain DHS EOD
  • BA + 10 years’ applicable experience, AA + 12 years’ applicable experience, MA + 7 years applicable experience or 16 years’ experience
  • Experience with training and various training products
  • Experience developing modern and cutting edge trainings

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
