Q2 is seeking a Workday HRIS Administrator who will be responsible for the administration and ongoing maintenance of the HRIS (Workday) system, providing functional and technical support; update the system to meet end user needs, monitor end user usage and perform daily administrative tasks.  The Workday HRIS Administrator is a super user responsible for ensuring the integrity of the HCM system and will have a focus on the compensation and pay planning modules.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Workday Integrations; serve as technical expert
  • Troubleshoot Workday issues to identify and fix root causes
  • Ensure data and system integrity
  • Assist in the review, testing, validation and implementation of new modules and functionality
  • Write, maintain, and support documentation associated with HR Technology landscape
  • Research and resolve problems, unexpected results and process flaws


 

    EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE: 

    • 2+ years previous experience with Workday Integrations
    • Knowledge of HCM design, structure, and business processes
    • Working knowledge of the Human Resources business area
    • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-starter that possess a strong desire to seek optimal solutions and share discovery with colleagues
    • Personal confidence and a passion for customer service
    • Minimal travel
    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred

    This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
