Summary :

The Physician Recruiter is responsible for the successful recruitment of physicians and advanced practice clinicians for ThedaCare. In this role, you will leverage multiple sourcing and networking tools to initiate and build engaging relationships with potential candidates; educate candidates regarding ThedaCare's opportunity, mission, vision, and values; negotiate hire of qualified individuals, and initiate onboarding of new providers.

Recruiter will partner with hiring leaders to identify need to source, engage and onboard physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners.

Job Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Utilizes a variety of recruitment strategies to ensure a qualified, diverse provider candidate pool.

2. Collaborates with multiple disciplines to effectively and efficiently recruit providers and achieve desired outcomes.

3. Develops networks of recruiting resources for benchmarking and information sharing.

4. Cultivates relationships with residents, medical schools, and advanced clinical degree programs.

5. Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to the rapidly changing needs of the workflow, team, and organization.

6. Develops and supports effective team interactions through open and honest communication, receptive to feedback, mentoring, and developing others.

7. Strives to improve the entire recruitment process in a cost-effective manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field

• Two years of recruiting experience required

• Ability to commute to primary office as business needs dictate

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance

• Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties
