What is your impact?
As a Project Control Manager at LinxonAmericas, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success across our portfólio. Your leadership will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with optimal resource utilization. By overseeing a team of skilled project controllers and collaborating closely with project managers, finance, and other key stakeholders, you will maintain robust control over schedules and costs, enabling strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Your impact will be felt in every phase of the project lifecycle, contributing directly to Linxon’s mission of delivering innovative infrastructure solutions.
What will you do?
Lead a high-performing team responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management across Linxon Americas. You will:
Manage and mentor the project control team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Develop and implement standardized project control processes and tools, including the Integrated Project Controls System (PIMS – Omega 365).
Oversee project performance, conduct variance analysis, and drive corrective actions to align costs and schedules with project goals.
Support project budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and tendering activities, including multi-currency transactions and hedge reporting.
Collaborate with project managers, finance, and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, risk assessments, and change management.
Contribute to global knowledge sharing and help expand operations into new geographies.
Represent Linxon in client interactions, ensuring high standards of communication and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Who you are?
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in project controls, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with hands-on experience in cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
Proficiency in project control systems and software, with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the energy or EPC sector (preferred).
