What you'll do...

Position: Manager II, Product Management

Job Location: 805 SE Moberly Ln, Bentonville, AR 72712

Duties: Defines and manages strategy and business objectives for moderately complex products by identifying market opportunities, conducting benchmark studies and competitive assessments; developing business cases; and setting objectives and key performance indicators for products. Develops and enhances moderately complex products by developing and managing product roadmaps; gathering and documenting requirements; collecting and analyzing customer and product data; turning customer insights into actionable priorities and initiatives; prioritizing product backlog; executing on user and business acceptance criteria; and managing roll out of product features. Crafts and develops solutions to business challenges by communicating requirements to key partners (for example, Business leaders, User Experience, Engineering, Analytics); and engaging with key partners to deliver and support initiatives; and communicating status and insights related to product performance to stakeholders. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field and 2 years of experience in product management, project management, management consulting, retail or eCommerce business functions, or related experience.

Skills required: Must have experience with: Writing Big query in GCP platform to do data sampling, data analysis; Coding in a functional programming language using COBOL; Easytrieve and CIC programming; Designing and implementing jobs on IBM mainframe using JCL (Job Control Language); Designing and testing Relational Database Management Systems using DB2 and Teradata in mainframe; and designing and testing Hierarchical Database using IMS in mainframe. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
