The Regional Director will lead the People function across the region (EMEA, APJ, and LATAM) of driving talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives. This role will be critical in aligning People strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a culture of inclusion and performance.
Key Aspects of the Role:
- Partner with the Regional VP, Sales and local functional leadership focused on a transformational talent agenda designed to attract, develop and retain the best talent in the industry.
- Lead change initiatives within the organization, providing guidance on organizational transitions and supporting leaders through change ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining engagement.
- Leverage data and People Success analytics to assess trends, forecast workforce needs, and influence strategic decision-making.
- Partner with sales enablement to drive onboarding and performance management best practices to ensure that talent is enabled to be successful in their roles.
- Provide proactive and strategic guidance and support for organizational planning and development and change management initiatives in support of key business strategies and initiatives.
- Provide regular guidance to managers and leaders with respect to employee attraction, development, employee relations and retention issues which may include performance management, leadership coaching, career pathing, and compensation.
- As a part of the People Success leadership team, collaborate on the design, plan and execution of the People Success agenda.
- Be attuned to the pulse of the employee population, advise on engagement and employee morale, potential performance level impacts and change management efforts.
- Bring awareness of competitive environments and market trends to inspire progressive initiatives.
What you’ll need:
- 10 years of experience as a strategic Business Partner in a consultative role
- Experience working for a US company supporting teams in EMEA/APJ and LATAM in state of growth and/or transformation
- Experience supporting GTM teams in a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to challenge the status quo.
- Experience managing/developing direct and indirect team members.
- Able to link People initiatives to business needs.
- Demonstrated project management skills with solid track record of driving and implementing People initiatives independently
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven results orientation, creative problem-solving, high-quality decision making. Strong mind-set for continuous improvement to meet or exceed expectations.
- Strong presentation, facilitation and mediation skills.
- Strong knowledge of human resources best practices and EU/Global legislation including employee relations.
- Strong ability to collaborate with global team members both a local and global level
