Job Description

our needs

  • Lead in developing and maturing customer experience capabilities in the B2B space with a lenz of addressing outside-in and inside-out our needs.
  • Collaborate and shape business case & charter with partners driving clarity on scope and business requirements
  • Define the needed business cases with project team and process owner, defining business outcomes, including current baseline and future target metrics, such as leading and lagging indicators, and linking to strategic measurements.
  • Provide analysis on key goals and metrics using the latest analytics & visualization technology.
  • Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs.
  • Work with execution teams (in collaboration with the product owners and technical leaders) to communicate business needs in the form of clear personas, use cases and business requirements.
  • Serve as a conduit between the developers and the product owners to lead clarity on " the what/need"
  • Serve as a stage gate to review outcomes match our needs before turning over to partners for verification and acceptance.
  • Map current & future state processes, process gaps, data flow diagrams, etc. in support of transformation
  • Demonstrate an informed knowledge of departments to supports several moderately complex business processes.
  • Be responsible for training and support documentation, as well as business readiness & service transition
  • Provide consultative support in financial management, organisational change, vendor management, and to transformation programs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and related experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • 10 plus years of experience with Business analysis, Process Improvement and data management experience
  • 10 plus years of experience driving business solutions in B2B and B2C space
  • Client facing, requirements gathering skills
  • Knowledge of ADOBE Experience Manager but not required
  • Experience with UX, Wireframes, persona and use case driven requirements gathering
  • JIRA and Scrum capabilities to support daily scrum updates
  • Experience with our state end-to-end business process analysis and design
  • Experience with Agile development and SCRUM/SAFE methodologies
  • Plan discussions to guide requirements clarity
  • Possess flexibility to work
  • Apply in-depth understanding to technical or business
  • distil information from different data sources and the capability to tell the story behind it, as well as recommendations for next steps.
