Position: Quality Manager
Position Summary:

As a Quality Manager with LCN, your role is to harness the power of employees and culture to create a quality organization that enables the transformation of our business. The Quality Manager is responsible for daily management of product quality and reliability. Act as a liaison with customers, suppliers and all internal support functions with respect to the management of quality and reliability with the objective of continuous improvement of products and processes. The Quality Manager is responsible for driving improvements to existing products as well as new product development within the key systems commercial product lines. The Quality Manager will collaborate with Product Management to develop product road maps, establish project priorities, and guide direct reports in the timely completion of these projects. The Quality Manager has the overall technical responsibilities for the quality of the products as it relates to these lines.
The Quality Manager is a critical plant staff level leadership position and will be expected to play a strong role in assisting the Plant Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies and methods to improve plant performance.
