Overview

As a Business Analyst you will be performing work which involves the application of industry best practices regarding business process analysis, quality management, and client interaction. Conducts investigations, surveys, requirements gathering and definition, and technology reviews requiring the use of analysis, interpretation, and deductive reasoning. Carries out diverse projects or phases of a single project with a limited number of complex features. Must be able to understand business concepts, and translate client needs into detailed business requirements. 

Your role

• Contributes to the entire software development life cycle from initial business requirements to deployment and production support. 
• Creates process maps, diagrams and documentation. 
• Prepares written and verbal deliverables and reports. 
• Develops and follows test plans and matrices. 
• Designs and implements test scenarios and cases. 
• Presents analysis results as needed for management and client reviews. 
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with Regional Digital Leads for their assigned region 
• Act as the focal point for all demand signals from their region 
• Ensure compliance with the GTC Digital Opportunity Management Process,  
• Educate the region on GTC Digital capabilities 
• Be proactive in the pursuit of new opportunities where GTC can supplement and support in-region capability 
• Have oversight of all proposal development outbound from the GTC Digital Practice to their region 
• Provide support to the Growth Lead in shaping capability growth requirements by observing the trends and opportunities from their respective regions 
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of estimates that are outbound from the GTC Digital Practice to their region 
• Ensure that up-to-date inter-trade agreements (or equivalent) are in place for all commissioned work 
• Keep an up-to-date list of case studies of successful project deliveries  
• Ensure the opportunity tracker and Orderworx are up-to-date and complete for commissioned work. 
• Ensure RMS is updated with opportunities having a P win rate > 50% associated with skills needed for the job 
• Ensure alignment with the Global Digital Operating Model and the DIP process 

About you

• Bachelor degree in an engineering like Computer Science, Information Technology or MCA or MBA   
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with  four (4) years relevant experience  
• Exposure to industry standards such as ASQ, APQC, ISO, Six Sigma, SEI, PMI, or IIBA
