Currently the Carole Park team is seeking an MES Project Coordinator to join the team on a fixed term contract until 31 December 2026.

The MES Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing, tracking, prioritising MES activities, projects and processes in a timely and effective manger, while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance standards are met.

The main duties of the MES Project Coordinator  will include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate project activities according to MES demands, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project milestones.
• Track and manage project updates, provide visual aids to prioritise tasks and create project status reports.
• Assist in delivery of MES training.
• Create and update GMP documents.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or challenges.

Key criteria for the MES Project Coordinator are:

• Tertiary qualifications in Science, engineering and/or technology.
• Previous project management and/or pharmaceutical experience
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing and GMP processes.
• Experience/knowledge of MES (manufacturing execution system) or similar highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines, targets and manage conflicting priorities.
• Understanding of documentation and change control update processes.
• Thorough understanding and demonstrated knowledge of root cause analysis and problem solving;
• Ability to understand technical documents and communicate description of problems and solutions;
