Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. You will also be responsible for managing risks, resolving issues, and providing strategic guidance to stakeholders.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Manage and oversee the progress of assigned programs and projects.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with service level agreements.
- Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular project reviews and lessons learned sessions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in program/project management.
- Mentor and coach junior professionals to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Change Management, Service Delivery.
- Strong understanding of program and project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs and projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with service delivery processes and best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
