Our Role

As a Summer Intern, you will work closely with our Real Estate Business, supporting key projects and learning about real estate investment strategies, risk management, and market analysis. The role will be based in our London office, starting in July 2025.

What you will do

  • Support team members in investing in Real Estate opportunities (across the various debt and/or equity mandates and across multiple jurisdictions).

  • Assist in the development and management of financial models, market research, detailed property assessment and underwriting, review of due diligence reports, preparation of investment memorandums for internal and external investment committees, and communication with various stakeholders (both internal and external).

  • Assist in the review of due diligence reports, preparation of deal memorandums for internal and external investment committees and communicate with various stakeholders (both internal and external).

  • May also include participation in ongoing fund management (working alongside portfolio managers), asset management (working alongside asset managers), as well as working with the capital markets team, on an ad hoc basis.

  • Preparing investment memorandums for internal and external investment committees, and communication with various stakeholders (both internal and external).

What you will bring

  • Undergraduate or Graduate with focus on Finance, Economics or Real Estate. Candidates from different academic fields will be considered.

  • Basic knowledge of corporate finance and financial markets

  • Exposure to financial modelling and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Good verbal and written communication

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders

  • Strong sense of self-motivation and ownership

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

What will set you apart?

  • Previous experience/internship working within Financial Services is a plus, but not required
