Job Description:

Develop the Central Tolling System to support all functions necessary to collect toll revenue. Identify and articulate customer needs, the Solution Context, and formulate the Solution Vision, Roadmap, and required Capabilities. Ensure project alignment with permanent objectives. Responsible for the full execution of IT project life cycle, including routine and preventive maintenance support of intelligent applications. Determine costs, deadlines, quality, and functionality of new IT projects. Prepare IT project schedules and bids. Collaborate with Agile Teams to define and implement delivery practices and quality standards consistently across all initiatives. Coordination of stakeholders like the concession and the technical teams. Keep apprised for all project management activities related to Central Tolling Systems.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and two (2) years of related work experience.

Must have two (2) years of experience with/in:

  • Managing international projects, including leading and coordinating stakeholders from more than one country;
  • Managing Tolling Operations in an Open Road Tolling environment;
  • Designing Toll Collection Systems, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Road/Traffic Control Systems or Operational/Commercial Back Office Systems;
  • Levering experience in designing and implementing Commercial Back Office Systems based in MS Dynamics 365; and
  • Leveraging experience in Project Management and Agile methodologies to design and implement highway tolling solutions.

Up to 20% domestic travel required.
