Job Purpose
Provide transactional Human Resource support using workday across all processes and business units in a service center environment & ensure service levels & customer satisfaction is achieved.
Providing Human resource support with basic Human resource related questions & providing administrative support to Human resource & shared service areas & working in close coordination with Other HR functions as One-HR Pakistan.
Manage & participate in different process improvement projects in coordination with People Service Lead with end-to-end coordination with different departments.
Education, Experience & Skills
Bachelors in Business Administration /BBA
1-2 years’ experience, preferably in relevant job area
Team Worker and agile
Data Driven Decision Making
Ability to do multi-tasking.
Able to give end to end results
Good levels of English written and oral communication skills
Fluent local language skills
Key Responsibilities
Provide transactional Human Resource support using Workday & Service Now across all processes and business units in a service center environment.
Ensure service levels and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Support client groups with responses to direct queries being received via email & Service Now Cases.
Provision of advice and guidance as first line of contact for basic Human Resource questions/queries.
Administrative support to Human Resource and shared services.
Managing the quality of data and maintain records in Human Resource systems to ensure data accuracy in Workday and that entries are updated for payroll and benefits.
Liaise with external and internal suppliers and agencies as appropriate to deliver Human Resource transactional services.
Support continuous improvement activities to further simplify and standardize processes.
Responsible for Human Resource services standard reports
Handling of SPII and PII in a confidential manner, while maintaining appropriate privacy, ensuring compliance and risk management guidelines.
Process Human Resource partner transactions.
Responsible for employee records and filing.
Processing Data Correction actions in Workday ensuring data inputs & data cleansing as part of Data Quality Checks ensuring System Data Quality assurance & Compliance.
As Service Centers, conducting awareness/ learning sessions for business which includes sessions on Service Now, Team features, Workday Processes & Annual Pay Review cycle awareness.
Provide support beyond transactional activities to HRBP & businesses for Job Evaluation & salary range guidance as enhanced support to embedded HR.
Have expertise to work on EOBI portal & payments & claims.
Responsible for raising/ initiation of purchase orders for different Benefits associated to the employee as Business Owner for People Services & shared service (IR and other).
Providing cross functional support & awareness on the actions performed in Workday & how they can affect interdependent actions during a process.
Providing time to time insights on process simplification in Workday and to tasks beyond workday that are time consuming & critical creating an Impact on HR Service Delivery areas.
Possess strong communication skills to interact & manage various stakeholders during the execution of HR Operations.
Manage employee leaves in Workday.
Should be thorough in Microsoft word &excel to make data driven dashboards.
Managing employee onboarding & Employee Personnel file Management.
Managing employee exits & payments end to end.
Employee Benefit management in compliance to GSK Policies & SOPs.
Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
