Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will advise, lead, and work on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle. You will provide advisory work for the IT function itself, ensuring efficient and effective technology solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and providing strategic guidance for technology implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and guide the team in the development and implementation of technology solutions. - Analyze business requirements and provide strategic guidance for technology implementation. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and its functionalities. - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. - Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming language. - Experience in integrating Salesforce Service Cloud with other systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. - Experience in Salesforce administration and configuration. - Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics and AI capabilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
