Job Summary

Maintains ongoing compliance with all regulations that affect the Human Resources division and communicates any changes to the management team. Responsible for managing and coordinating recruitment, screening and selection activities in the Human Resources department. Acts as point-of-contact for applicant tracking system and general recruiting questions. Manages the compiling of all statistical information used for reporting of performance and regulatory compliance. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Provides support in the areas of staffing, recruitment and selection, employee relations, wage and salary administration and employee training/orientation.
  • Trains recruiting personnel on eRecruiting forms, approval processes, postings and publications.
  • Analyzes, evaluates and improves recruitment and compliance procedures.
  • Assists in evaluation of reports in relation to the department's established goals.
  • Investigates employee complaints, discrimination charges and assists in the resolution of employee issues.
  • Supports leadership planning and responds to feedback from management and employees through various sources including surveys, suggestions and employee advisory groups.
  • Assists in administering performance reviews, meeting with both the employee and the employee's manager and thoroughly documenting the entire process.
  • Serves as initial point-of -contact for Company's employee issues and inquiries, including but not limited to payroll and Company policies.
  • Tracks and maintains all records, ensuring that the hiring remains compliant with the U.S. EEOC.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
