  • Permanent full-time position based in Perth, as well as the Regional Operations Centre in our Mascot Corporate Campus

QantasLink operates to 83 destinations across Australia. We proudly service Regional Australia providing a vital link to all major capital cities and beyond our shores using Qantas and its codeshare partners.

On a quiet day, you can expect to see no less than 360 flights underway, while on a busier day our Team is managing almost 500 flights and we are growing!

The Regional Network Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and delivery of the QantasLink network. You will ensure sound operational and commercial decision-making for the Dash 8, B717, F100, A320, E190 and A220 fleets. You will work closely to support the Manager ROC operations and stakeholders across the business to ensure the best outcome for our customers – both internal and external.

Working alongside the Regional Crewing Supervisor, you will be focused on maintaining schedule integrity, meeting OTP targets across all fleets and maintaining an overview of disruptions to the network.

Additional key accountabilities for this role include supporting ROC planning processes and providing input into ROC reviews and continuous improvements and remaining compliant with corporate and divisional service standards.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Ability to lead staff with proven experience in people management and conflict resolution

  • Advanced problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Operations and Crewing experience will be highly regarded

  • Sound understanding of the airline business, including operations and commercial activity and priorities

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and meet strict deadlines

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication approaches

  • Advanced influencing and negotiation skills, with proven ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels of the organisation

  • Proven ability to successfully manage stakeholder relationships with peers and business partners including key charter representatives across the entire regional network

  • Highly motivated and a demonstrated team player

  • Out of the box thinking and practical problem-solving skills in often complex situations

  • Tertiary qualifications in Aviation, Business or Commerce (desirable)
