Job Title:Registered Veterinary Nurse 

Salary: £28,000 to £29,000 DOE per annum  

Location: Hairmyres and Blantyre branches as well as the Roundhouse Hospital 

Job Type: 12 month fixed term 

Hours:37.5 Hours per week, 7.5 Hour Shifts 

Shifts: 5 days over 7 days. Monday to Saturday 8:30 - 17.00 / 10:30 - 19:00 

Role to start January 2025

 

We are currently searching for a friendly and enthusiastic RVN who is passionate about providing gold standard care and service to our patients and clients. This role requires a nurse with a keen interest in all aspects of first opinion work including nurse consultations, anaesthesia, lab work and excellent client communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate should be professional and confident and qualified for a minimum of 1 year. 

The position is primarily based at our East Kilbride and Blantyre branches but there are opportunities to provide shift cover at our RCVS Hospital Accredited site, The Roundhouse Hospital. This will allow the opportunity to work with first opinion and referral cases. 

Part time options are available also.  

Salary Value: £28,000- £29,000 per annum;

Salary Description: depending on experience;
