Job Description

Summary

You will provide overall financial partnering to the Lifecycle service business manager and the leadership team, including financial planning and project controlling for the Greater China.

You will be engaged in business decision-making process through proposal risk assessment, project review and margin/cash flow analysis and identify any potential issues. You will be also required to work across different departments and enhance the internal control environment around business/finance processes.

You will report to LIFECYCLE CONTROLLER, GREATER CHINA.

Job responsibilities:

  • Work with Lifecycle Service Departments in establishing the quarterly forecast of full P&L in GRC. It involves analysis and commentary causals at sub-region level risks and opportunities based on understanding of business
  • Coordinate the preparation and evaluation of the Annual Operating Plan for fiscal year P&L with business manager.
  • Support the reviews of performance and business strategy planning to lead sustainable and profitable growth and increase annual recurring revenue
  • Participate in the business opportunity assessments & project review process to provide financial advice and risk assessment with possible mitigation plans
  • Provide support in regional/global programs by developing a model/tool to manage financial schedule and Indicators
  • Ensure familiarity with company procedures and enhance finance control environment around lifecycle service business
  • Manage project cash flow in lifecycle business through billed / unbilled AR analysis and regular review
  • Focus on productivity through process simplification and refine

Work Relationships

  • Be a financial interface with GRC lifecycle service business and operation team and C&N and Credit
  • Work with Lifecycle finance controller and team and all finance members in Global Finance Operations and Global Insight and Analytics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent financial planning & analysis in automation or similar industries
  • Strategic/business focused with analytical modeling skill.
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheet, and database program knowledge
  • Experience and skill in using EPM, SAP, IFS system and other tools such as Power BI etc.
  • Knowledge of project accounting
