Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for orchestrating seamless integrations using Workday Core Integrations to enhance system interoperability and optimize data flow. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and implementing effective solutions to meet organizational needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday Core Integrations to enhance system interoperability. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries and issues. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines. - Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Strong understanding of Workday EIB and Core Connector to enhance system interoperability and optimize data flow. - Experience in designing and implementing complex integrations using Workday Core Integrations. - Solid knowledge of Workday security and data privacy standards. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - Orchestrated seamless integrations using Workday EIB or Core Connector to enhance system interoperability and optimize data flow is required.
