Job Description:

As a Full Stack Developer specializing in Node.js and React, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our UCaaS and CCaaS applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop front-end interfaces using React.js for intuitive user experiences.
• Implement back-end services and APIs using Node.js to support UCaaS and CCaaS functionalities.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to expand platform capabilities.
• Optimize application performance for responsiveness and scalability.
• Write clean, well-documented code and conduct thorough testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js and React.js.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with real-time communication technologies (WebRTC, WebSocket).
• Knowledge of UCaaS and CCaaS concepts and protocols (SIP, RTP, Webhooks).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
