Your New Role...

Our company is seeking a skilled Lifecycle Marketing Developer to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and deploying visually appealing and effective email, in-app message and push campaigns that engage our customers and drive conversions. The Lifecycle Marketing Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics to create personalized and targeted communications that engage customers throughout their journey.

Role Accountabilities...

• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push notifications and in-app messaging.

• Design and code visually appealing and effective HTML emails for various marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns that meet business objectives

• Ensure that all emails are optimized for deliverability, mobile devices, and different email clients

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to design, coding, and deployment

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications and Experience...

• Bachelor's or Associate degree

• Proven experience in designing and coding HTML emails that are optimized for deliverability and mobile devices

• Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS

• Experience with marketing platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Familiarity with marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
