Maintaining CMDB Processes

Country: Mexico

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with ServiceNow
• Experience working with a CMDB
• Advanced excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
• Detail oriented
• Work with minimal supervision
• Candidates must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Candidates should have knowledge of IT business infrastructure elements (storage, virtual environments, network configurations, O.S. configurations)

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in both hardware and software asset and configuration management processes
• The ideal candidate will hold ITIL certification and have applied knowledge of real-world environments in both the Service Management focus area and have experience implementing a CMDB in a customer environment
• Spanish/English bilingual
