If you are a leader in this field, join our team as a Print Security Strategy Lead and play a pivotal role in driving our security initiatives forward.
As a Security Product Strategy Specialist, you will define and lead our team through the next phase in our product's growth. You will be responsible for delivering and executing a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Print Security Solutions, including developing new technology partnerships in print security. You will serve as a bridge between our market teams, customers, and engineering, translating market trends and customer challenges into secure printing solutions. You will also partner with the markets to evangelize the product vision with customers and partners and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Innovation: Define the security product strategy and vision through detailed customer needs analysis and industry trends to drive innovation.
Roadmap: Build near and long-term product roadmaps, validating them with key customers and internal stakeholders.
Strengthen the portfolio: Identify gaps in the existing portfolio and build new offers through partnerships to meet customer requirements in business process automation.
Product Specifications: Work with design teams to develop user experiences and define feature specifications, making data-driven prioritization decisions.
Develop Features: Drive execution and delivery of features and products, working closely with engineering teams to mitigate risks and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Evangelize Product: Evangelize product vision with strategic customers and partners, creating relevant collateral to demonstrate value.
Collaboration: Foster strong market relationships to identify critical use cases, gather feedback, and continuously improve product capabilities. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams across the organization, including engineering, UX, and marketing.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market intelligence, becoming an expert on competition and strategizing on how to surpass them.
Education & Experience:
5-8 years of experience in IT or Print Security product management, strategy, or related roles.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills:
Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CompTIA Security+, or CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) are highly desirable.
Proven experience in developing and executing security strategies, particularly within print environments.
Strong understanding of current security threats, compliance standards, and best practices in Print Security.
Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams across an organization to drive security initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, both in written form and live presentations, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
Self-starter with a growth mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement in security practices.
The base pay range for this role is $85,450 to $131,600 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
