Summary: As an Application Designer, you will engage in the process of defining requirements and designing applications that align with business processes and application needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members, analyzing user requirements, and creating innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. You will also participate in discussions to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop application features that meet user needs and business objectives. - Conduct testing and validation of applications to ensure quality and performance. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance application design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Adaptive Insight. - Strong analytical skills to assess user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Experience in application design and development methodologies. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and project management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Adaptive Insight. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
