Job Description

UI/UX Designer

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end design of user-centered interfaces and digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Develop high-fidelity wireframes, detailed mockups, interactive prototypes, and comprehensive design specifications.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to align design solutions with product goals and technical constraints.
  • Champion best-in-class UX practices, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Facilitate design workshops, ideation sessions, and design reviews to drive innovation and collaboration.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the team.
  • Establish, refine, and maintain design systems, guidelines, and scalable workflows.
  • Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to elevate user experience.
  • Take ownership of project deliverables, ensuring high quality and timely execution in a fast-paced environment.


Who You Are:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or any related IT/Design field.
  • A strong, proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, showcasing decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Has at least 3  to 6 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with solid involvement in user research, usability testing, and interaction design.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, FigJam, Miro).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and UX strategy.
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, spacing, layout, and interface patterns.
  • Solid knowledge of responsive design and the ability to design across platforms and device types.
  • Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI governance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions.
  • Working understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in an agile environment.


Good to Have

  • Prior airline or travel industry experience is a plus, but not required.
