Job Summary
PIPAC Health and Life Brokerage, an Integrity partner, is seeking a full-time Field Representative. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others succeed. This position requires approximately 50-75% travel throughout the state of Iowa and its bordering communities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Regularly call on existing health and life agents, to maintain strong relationships and address any needs or concerns.
Identify and engage potential new agents, presenting the benefits of partnering with PIPAC.
Work closely with the leadership team to ensure field activity directly feeds leadership team initiatives.
Drive sales by promoting our insurance products, technology and services. Work collaboratively with agents to achieve their sales targets.
Keep up to date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide valuable insights and updates to agents.
Offer guidance and support to agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and business strategies to help them grow their business.
Foster strong, long-term relationships with agents, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Provide relevant and timely feedback to management from the field on areas for improvement and potential new opportunities.
Primary Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service and sales management, or equivalent industry experience.
Health and Life Insurance license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
