Responsibilities
• Responsible for the design, development and implementation of complete software components.
• Develop the feature to meet the customer requirement with high quality.
• Research, troubleshoot and solve complex customer software field issues under tight schedule.
• Identify and suggest solutions to problems of significant scope.
• Communicate and collaborate among cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments under minimal supervision.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years IT industry experience
• A fast learner and self-starter with intellectual horsepower, willingness to take ownership and challenges
• Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN architectures, networking protocols, and performance characterization
• Understanding of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and backup methodologies
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, AIX, HP-UX and Solaris operating system platforms.
• Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to relate to a wide range of technical staff and managers in customer environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have the ability to handle project management responsibilities for implementation of company related solutions assigned by the manager.
• Outstanding problem-solving and organizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required
