What you will do:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Excellence Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates eager to contribute to improving processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement best practices.

How you will do it:

Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Create dashboards, visual reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Generate insights to enhance productivity and support decision-making.

Process Improvement and Project Support

  • Conduct process reviews, identify optimization opportunities, and implement improvement initiatives.

  • Manage tasks within operational projects, track milestones, and maintain project documentation.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand and enhance operational workflows.

  • Share ideas and contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Computing, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of work experience; internship experience or relevant coursework is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with tools like SQL, Power Query, Power BI, or Tableau is added advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

  • Interest in process improvement frameworks.
