Summary: As an Identity Access Management (IAM) Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. Your typical day will involve managing and overseeing the IAM security delivery team, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the IAM security delivery team, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and engineers, to ensure successful project outcomes. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Provide technical guidance and support to the IAM security delivery team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring successful project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM) concepts and technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IAM technologies such as SailPoint, Okta, or CyberArk. - Experience in leading and managing security delivery teams. - Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful IAM projects. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
