POSITION SUMMARY
CVS Health Digital is looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Digital Engineer to work on engineering teams tasked with creating a best-in-class Personalization engine using Target and AJO. In this role, you will be working on the implementation of the Adobe Target and AJO working with a cross functional team of product managers, architects, and business partners to enable the foundational component of our personalization and orchestration engine. The platform focused on helping people live healthier lives, will enable our marketing partners to serve the right content to the right customers in the right channel. You will use your engineering skills to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions on the Target and AJO. You should have the ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery and excellent software engineering skills. About This Role
This personalization-focused role involves leading the implementation of Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) with a cross-functional team. In this role, you work with the product owner and architects to define and implement features and functionality based on the product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have:  

  • Front-end development expertise,
  • Familiarity with Adobe's personalization tools
  • Experience with the digital marketing processes and campaign analysis
  • Build tests by creating custom code beyond out of the box Adobe Target functionality
  • Drive A/B test roadmap and prioritization

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of front-end developer technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cross-browser compatibility to develop and implement effective A/B testing experiments within Adobe Target for websites and web applications.
  • 5+ years of proven online optimization testing experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Target.
  • 1+ year experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new features in Adobe Target and other personalization technologies.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Web Development, Marketing, and UX design to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze test results using Adobe Analytics and provide recommendations for future testing and optimization opportunities.
  • Experience as part of an Agile engineering or development team
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented principles with an ability to write clean code
  • Experience in working in a cloud environment such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
  • Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
  • MarTech Digital Platform Experience
  • Experience in other Adobe experience cloud products is a huge plus.
  • Adobe certifications.


EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$83,430.00 - $166,900.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
