About the Role

This role provides on-site technical support to our Head Office in London, Paddington, supporting a range of hardware and software applications. A critical aspect of this position involves providing high-level support to senior management and board members, requiring professionalism, commitment, and proactivity. This support may require availability outside of standard working hours. The technician will also manage small projects and work as part of a larger international team for complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the Paddington Office IT Support needs
  • Build, configure, and manage devices for new employees and executives
  • Support AV meetings, support mobile and tablet devices, and troubleshooting for senior management and board members
  • Participate in small project works and major incident resolutions
  • Document resolutions, create training materials, and knowledge articles
  • Provide executive support and training for end-users and other technicians, particularly board members, requiring professionalism and flexibility


 

About You

  • Strong technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in providing high-level support to executives or senior management, with an emphasis on professionalism, flexibility, and discretion
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally providing support to board members or senior executives
  • Proactive attitude and availability for off-hours work when required
  • Experience working with AV kit, preferably Teams Room Devices
  • Being able to support mobile devices and tablets
  • Experience in IT support and system administration
  • Strong documentation and training skills
  • Knowledge of network device configuration and troubleshooting
