We’re looking for a Recruiting Operations Program Manager to join our People team!

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee strategic and tactical initiatives for the Talent Acquisition (TA)  Operations team

  • Build, iterate, and own TA operations programs, to include interview training and best practices, referrals, and more

  • Partner closely with Recruiting Coordination on day to day initiatives and oversee systems, enhancements, and alignment with international Recruiting Coordination team

  • In conjunction with our recruiting stakeholders, create resources, build documentation best practices, iterate on processes as needed, and keep documentation updated in partnership with XFN teams

  • Maintain personal and program metrics related to designated programs and various weekly project progress reports

  • Take on additional projects and programs as needed

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Someone with a knack for organization and finding creative solutions to problems

  • An effective problem solver and able to make decisions quickly

  • Able to work well in fast paced and high ­volume scenarios

  • An effective verbal and written communicator who enjoys building new relationships

  • Someone who’s passionate about providing a world-class candidate experience

  • Experience with Talent Acquisition systems, calendaring tools (preferably Goodtime), and the Google suite

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience

  • Previous experience owning programs from creation through launch and maintenance

  • 3+ years in project management, recruiting coordination, and operations

  • 3+ years recruiting related experience in a similar competitive, technology-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with applicant tracking systems (including Workday Recruiting), project management tools (including JIRA), scheduling tools (including GoodTime) and the Google Suite

  • Previous experience working with global team members across varying levels of seniority 

  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with recruiting professionals, business leaders, HR business partners, recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $94,000-$141,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$134,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
