We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Milan 2026 Olympics project. This role will provide critical support, handling sales operations, research, and CRM processes for the global sales team focused on the Olympics. As part of the On Location team, a premium experience provider in hospitality, ticketing, and live event production, you’ll gain unique exposure to the business of sports hospitality and integrated sponsorship programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Lead data distribution and quality auditing across territories to maintain consistency and data integrity.
  • Sales Process Support: Assist the sales team in adopting and implementing efficient sales processes.
  • CRM Administration: Serve as the main contact for Salesforce CRM training, account setup, reporting, and auditing to ensure data accuracy.
  • Reporting and Insights: Maintain sales trackers, generate reports, and work with Sales and Operations leadership to provide actionable insights.
  • Research: Conduct internal and desk research, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sales efforts.
  • Operational Support: Act as the primary point of contact for sales operations inquiries, supporting smooth workflows and resolving issues promptly.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with teams across business units to ensure smooth execution of daily operational tasks and address any challenges.
  • Sales Meetings Coordination: Organize regular sales meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Data Hygiene: Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure all CRM data remains accurate and up to date.

Qualifications:

  • Required Skills:
    • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Italian language skills would be an advantage.
    • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience in managing projects, conducting research, and analyzing data.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred Skills:
    • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, with an understanding of data management practices.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
    • Collaborative and proactive, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Eager to learn and develop in a supportive team environment.
