Fortrea is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our corporate products throughout their lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and ongoing optimization. A successful manager will bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring our products not only excel in functionality but also in market relevance and user satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with Sourcing, Procurement, Legal, Compliance and Facilities to ensure successful product delivery and maximum customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong background across various corporate functions combined with product management experience, and a proven track record of bringing innovative corporate products to better enhance profitability and effectiveness of the business.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product life cycle from conception to launch, aligning product vision with customer needs and business goals.

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our corporate products, ensuring alignment with Leaders in Sourcing, Procurement, Legal, Compliance and Facilities.

  • Understand the business needs and requirements in identifying corporate products, leading them through the assessment process.

  • Define and prioritize product requirements, features, and functionalities in collaboration with Corporate stakeholders.

  • Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve success.

  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and industry experts to gather insights and feedback for continuous product improvement.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in corporate product management.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for financial products.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.

  • Manage all other duties as needed or assigned, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Health Care, or a related field.

  • Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.

  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, including DevOps.

  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Leadership qualities that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.

Experience (Minimum Required): 

  • At least 7+ years of experience in product management within the life sciences or software development industry.

  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation.

  • Solid understanding of corporate products across various Corporate domains.

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

  • Experience managing multiple applications such as procurement, legal, compliance, facilities and etc.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.

  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment within the life sciences sector.

  • Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies.

  • Strong technical background with understanding of software development processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when solving problems and making decisions.

  • Leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and building collaborative relationships.

US Pay Range:$100,000-140,000
