Job Description

The Financial Analyst is responsible for a supporting various planning, forecasting, reporting and variance analysis for Rockwell's Integrated Supply Chain organization. The role reports within the Global Analytics and Insights (GA&I) organization and will partner with the Integrated Supply Chain Finance team and other teams within the organization to help drive desired outcomes. The mission of the GA&I organization is to provide business and functional partners with information to manage performance and support decision making, while in the process. This Junior Financial Analyst will own standard reporting and analysis for the business/function and provide ad-hoc support as needed. The role utilizes global consolidation financial systems (HP and HFM) and SAP to provide performance reporting and insight on a variety of key financial metrics with continued focus on automation, simplification and standardization.This position will report to Finanace manager

Qualifiations

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

• Minimum of 2 years of FP&A (Controlling) experience and 5 years of finance or related business experience
• Interpret financial results and develop important takeaways and insights
• English spoken 85%
• Ownership and issues to resolution
• Can use financial systems and desktop apps to "drill down" to find answers
• Across time zones, businesses, and departments to resolve issues
• Handle, juggle conflicting priorities and work well in a any environment.
• Fluency in Excel
• Experience distilling financial analyses for leadership teams,
