JOB TITLE: Sr. Regional Marketing Manager (LATAM) 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Overview: As a key driver of revenue growth in our LATAM region, particularly in Brazil, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious revenue targets. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) who can craft and execute high-impact marketing strategies and demand generation programs that align with regional pipeline and revenue objectives.

Reporting Structure: The Senior RMM will be an integral member of our Americas Marketing team, reporting directly to the VP of Americas Marketing. This role requires building robust partnerships with the Neo4j LATAM sales team and collaborating effectively with various departments, including corporate marketing, digital, developer relations, communications (PR), and product marketing, to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development: Formulate and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy for the LATAM region, incorporating digital marketing, partnerships, public relations (in collaboration with an agency and the communications team), account-based marketing (ABM), and event initiatives aimed at generating leads, opportunities, and deals.
  • Performance Accountability: Lead the execution and optimization of the marketing mix to meet key performance indicators, including Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs). Continuously evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs to enhance execution, efficiency, and overall results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively across all marketing functions to design and implement effective lead generation programs, encompassing digital initiatives, corporate events, and webinars.
  • Event Coordination: Define and implement LATAM-specific events and demand generation programs, including owned events, roadshows, workshops, and participation in third-party conferences. This includes audience segmentation, registration management, promotion, lead handling, and outcome tracking.
  • Channel Partnership: Cultivate and expand engagement with regional channel partners (GCP and AWS) through joint marketing initiatives.
  • Sales Development Partnership: Work closely with Sales Development teams to gather feedback, ensuring timely and effective follow-up on leads.
  • Strategic Communication: Effectively communicate marketing strategies, value propositions, positioning, and messaging to the LATAM sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest, most compelling content for effective sales cycles.
  • PR: Assist in facilitating customer and press participation in local activities, including press releases, case studies, event presentations, and industry awards.

Who You'll Work With: You’ll be a key member of the Americas Regional Marketing team. The team is responsible for driving the highest quality lead generation programs that take customers and prospects through their buyers’ journey using all activities in the marketing mix including digital, partner and event programs. 

As a Senior Regional Marketer, you will drive opportunities and pipeline growth by developing and executing on a quarterly marketing plan based on approved budgets. You’ll recommend digital programs, specific regional activities and local events, and determine what demand generation content needs will drive business results for the region. This position requires significant cross-functional collaboration. 

Who You Are

  • 7+ years in Regional Marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing pipeline-generation programs, digital initiatives, and events. Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus.
  • 5+ years collaborating on PR and thought leadership strategies for regional growth.
  • Strong demand generation expertise, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in event planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, effective at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to meet goals.
  • Goal-oriented self-starter with a proactive, independent work style who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work at both the tactical and strategic levels, including effective budget management and ROI optimization.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Languages: Fluency in both Brazilian Portuguese and English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus but not essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Marketo, Tableau and Salesforce is essential.
