Meet the team:
The Sr. Director, Global Commercial Strategy is an important role within the Dexcom Commercial organization, acting as a strategic executive leader and partner to the Finance and Corporate Strategy Functions. This position is responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies based on insights to guide executive leaders, influence market and business decisions, secure strategic and operational benefits, and support both short-term results and long-term planning.
Reporting to the VP of Commercial Strategy and Operation, this role oversees key areas such as innovation portfolio analytics; global commercial CGM user, volume, and revenue forecasting for clinical and consumer; Long Range Planning and forecasting with Access, product portfolio, and commercial footprint roadmaps; and Global Forecasting Process Excellence. The candidate will have the opportunity to develop and execute commercial strategies, utilizing business insights to enhance this capability for Dexcom across various cross-functional teams.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
