Receives and processes requests for title documents or related services. Responds accurately and professionally to requests and inquiries. Comprehends and follows department procedures, and accurately completes paperwork.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • Process incoming title related work received either by client request, department notification, or incoming mail and/or FedEx.

  • Contacts clients, customers, and DMV's by phone or e-mail.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

  • High school diploma or equivalency.  
  • Accurate keyboarding skills
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience with vehicle titles, DMVs ,or auto dealers preferred.
  • Familiarity with use of computer

MINIMUM JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Reading comprehension.   
  • Mastery of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instruction.
  • Ability to analyze data and note exceptions needing resolution.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization.
  • Ability to perform under minimal supervision.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent time management
