Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Oracle Cloud Application Development. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Oracle Cloud Application Development. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including developers, testers, and business analysts. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle Cloud Application Development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps tools and processes. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
