Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide functional, technical, or administrative support to resolve customer problems and queries. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive customer experience. Your typical day will involve addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions to customer problems. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and contribute to process improvements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Address customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions. - Resolve customer problems and ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues. - Contribute to process improvements and provide feedback for enhancing customer experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration. - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Experience with network monitoring and performance optimization. - Familiarity with network hardware and software components. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A Graduation degree is required.
