WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Under the scope of the Leasing Business Unit within Santander Consumer Finance, and as a Fleet & Mobility Services Forecasting and Pricing specialist you’ll contribute to the creation of the global forecasting and pricing models, provision and controlling for the Repair, Maintenance, and tires services as well as others related to the mobility services under the operational lease arena for all markets in the scope.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts, in cooperation with the markets in the scope, our IT engineering teams and the rest of your future HQ colleagues to:

• Define and design the Forecasting models for RMT (Repair, Maintenance, and tires).
• Define and design the provision management models.
• Support local entities on the configuration and parametrization of the models.
• Monitor, report and propose recommendations for changes and improvements of the model.

The ideal candidate should be experienced on Repair, maintenance and tires forecasting models.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven 2-3 years experience on the design of forecasting models.

EDUCATION

• Medium/High degree , preferable in economics/mathematics/statistics
• Proficiency knowledge of analytical and forecasting tools, such as Excel, Power BI, R, SAP HANA, …

High level of SWR English SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Excellent analytical skills.
• Negotiation and communications skills,
• Hands-on mentality and proactive attitude towards change. Capable and willing to work in a high-growth environment, where definitions are made from scratch, switching from project mode to business management mode.
• Strong target orientation,
• Team player, enthusiastic, accurate and service oriented. With strong target orientation and curiosity for innovation.
• Good organizational, time management, problem solving and decision-making skills.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Based in Madrid, available to travel punctually to European countries.
