, Summary: The role includes managing infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Bicep and Terraform, along with services like SCCM, WSUS, Azure Update Manager, and key infrastructure components such as DFS, Print Servers, Radius/NPS, DHCP, Antivirus Solutions (Symantec/McAfee), Microsoft Failover Cluster, Windows Network Load Balancing (NLB), FTP and SFTP, vulnerability remediation, and server hardening. Roles & Responsibilities: - Hands on knowledge of Windows, especially latest Windows OSs. - Experience with Windows servers in virtualized environments. - Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as ntp,smtp,bind,Apache,etc. - Experience installing and configuring AD, WSUS and SCCM. - Experience in the installation, configuration, and administration of components in a large environment centered around best practices, to include vCenter,VMware Update Manager, vCenter Operations Manager, vCenter Orchestrator,vCenter Cloud Automation Center, vCenter Site Recovery Manager, Knowledge on Windows FS management. - Experience in Patch Management - Hands on experience on User/AD administration. - Need to have knowledge on DR activity/Storage migration. - Cloud, Windows knowledge to provide L1 and L2 support on Windows infrastructure - Experience with Microsoft Windows, Cloud templates, Virtual Machines, Windows disks, VNet, subnet creation and NSG UDR rules, Windows storage,Monitoring & event management & alert dispatch for PaaS / IaaS. - Incident, Problem, Change, Request for PaaS - Need to have deep dive experience in Windows engineering. Responsible to maintenance, and performance tuning Cloud systems. - Responsible for deploying, maintaining and improving the systems that keep the backend infrastructure running smoothly. - The role requires you to have hands-on technical experience and a can-do approach towards environment automation /management and continuous improvement. - Preferred Windows specialist certification Professional & Technical Skills: • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Virtual Desktop. • Hands-on knowledge of FSLogix, Windows 10/11 Multi-session, and Azure AD. • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting. • Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Group Policy, and conditional access. • Understanding of networking concepts: VPN, DNS, firewalls, NSG, etc. • Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), including Azure AD, RBAC, and MFA. • Configure and manage host pools, session hosts, application groups, and user access in AVD. • Integrate AVD with Azure AD, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), and other identity and device management tools. • Monitor and maintain AVD performance, availability, and security using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and other tools. • Implement policies, FSLogix profile containers, scaling plans, and security baselines for AVD deployments. • Troubleshoot issues related to user sessions, virtual machines, application delivery, profile management, and network connectivity. Additional Information: • Candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in Windows administrator for both on-prem and cloud • Should have 1-2 years of experience in Windows - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Good communication, teamwork and negotiation skills • Familiarity with the main data manipulation languages and the principles of database design • The ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure • Good organizational skills • Flexibility and adaptability • Troubleshoot issues with Windows Cloud Deployment • Individual contributor role • Work in 24 x 7 support model • The ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and customers • Business awareness and understanding of business requirements of IT • Willingness to keep up to date with developments in new technology Educational Qualification: Any Degree
