Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer 2 (SDE2) to join our Data Integration team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines and integration solutions using platforms such as MuleSoft, Reltio, and IDP. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow across enterprise systems and support business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL workflows and integration solutions using MuleSoft and Reltio.
• Implement data ingestion and transformation processes from various sources including IDP, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across integrated systems.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot integration issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines.
• Document technical designs, integration flows, and operational procedures.
• Stay updated with best practices in data integration, API management, and cloud-based ETL tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in software development with a focus on ETL and system integration.
• Strong proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Reltio MDM, and IDP.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SSIS,Informatica, Snowflake, or other ETL tools.
• Understanding of MDM principles and data governance frameworks.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Copado or Jenkins.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
