The Field Marketing Manager (FMM) is the local marketing champion, who owns the relationship between central marketing, regional sales, customers and channel and will be an active participant in budget, sales and key partner planning meetings and operational reviews.
The development and delivery of all channel communications using the Eloqua platform.
Management of the Brandmuscle tool, including maintaining COOP & MDF infrastructure & processes and supporting the effective use of COOP & MDF with and through CAMs, field marketing and channel.
Manage Russian and Ukrainian marketing assets, including working with the Solutions Marketing Managers, Sales Team, and Digital Marketing group to support major regional deals, as well as managing leads, translation, and website and collateral localization.
Field Marketing (Channel and Direct Customers) in the Baltic and Central Asia regions.
Developing and implementing an effective umbrella marketing strategy and tactical marketing plan of activities for the region, in alignment with the priorities of the Country and Sales Managers and in support of overall business results.
Developing the marketing budget, rolling out programs, and providing concise reports that outline how the marketing initiatives were executed against budgets and with respect to MDF and COOP.
Driving cohesiveness within field marketing (channel partners and direct customers).
A full understanding of and ability to communicate business drivers for sales, customers and partners, including competitive, market, business and economic information.
ROI measurements and recommendations for change (if needed) to drive growth in the country or region.
Effectively communicate with internal teams, suppliers, customers and channel partners and report directly to senior management.
The position is located in the Motorola Solutions, Krakow office.
The successful candidate must have a clear driving license and access to a vehicle they are prepared to use for work purposes (travel expenses outside of commuting will be reimbursed). Some international travel will be required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor degree or marketing qualification required.
Experience in a B2B channel marketing environment.
Deep understanding of Channel focused Marketing requirements.
Demonstrable project management skills.
Marcom experience, including channel communications and events management.
Demonstrated regional and international experience interacting with distributors and reseller, identifying channel needs and aligning these with business strategy.
Agency or vendor management.
Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Excellent budget management skills.
Proficiency in Business English, Russian and Ukrainian languages is required.
