Bucharest, Romania (On-Site)

The purpose of the job:

• Coordinates with the subcontractors the execution of the C+M works within the project;

• Coordinates with the general contractor the execution of the C+M works for Thales purposes according to the execution schedule agreed with the client.

Key Responsabilities:

• Observance of the execution terms agreed with the general contractor and the client according to the execution schedule;

• Carrying out the C+M works for Thales purposes executed with subcontractors;

• Optimizing the production process in accordance with the specifics of R+M works.

• Support for CAE HW – field information assurance and execution project optimization;

• Management, monitoring and control of R+M activities performed by subcontractors;

• Management, monitoring and control of R+M activities for Thales purposes, in accordance with the works executed by the general contractor and the execution schedule agreed with the client;

• Management of CM-settlement activity, antemeasurement, works situations – in relation to subcontractors;

• Management of the CM-settlement activity, pre-measurements, works situations – in the relationship with the general contractor;

• Communication management with the general contractor on the site;

• IVVQ support for testing and verification;

• Realization of the weekly work program together with the builder;

• Agreeing the execution documentation with the changes executed on the field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position;

Key Requirements:

• Completed higher education - Railway / Electric / Electromechanical;

• User knowledge of MS OFFICE, Word, Excel;

• English: writing, speaking, reading – medium level.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Good written and verbal communication skills; good information presentation skills;

• Orientation towards the internal and external client;

• Good organizational and planning skills, as well as coordinating a team;

• Ability to manage confidential information and situations;

• Team spirit and result orientation;

• Open to change/challenges.
