Program Overview
The Comcast Cooperative Educational Program (Co-op) immerses students into the daily operations of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast’s top innovators. Designed for students whose curriculum allows for a cooperative learning track, the co-op becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units. Throughout the experience, there is opportunity for exposure to mentorship and professional development while having some fun along the way.
Role Overview
This role supports the Customer Growth and Loyalty team responsible for managing the E2E activation of Xfinity Rewards, a loyalty program to show appreciation to our residential customers. It is our way of saying thank you for being with us. Rewards members enjoy a special mix of perks, experiences, product benefits, and so much more. It’s free to join and easy to use.
This co-op will focus on assisting the Xfinity Rewards activation team with a variety of tasks in preparation of successfully launching new rewards, including working directly with internal and external partners, as well as internal stakeholders (CARE, internal comms, employee engagement, Marcom, and division partners).
Co-op responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist with the coordination of reward deliverables among internal Comcast teams, NBC/Universal stakeholders and external agencies and resources, including building project timelines, managing assets, and securing copy, design and legal approvals required to launch all rewards
Help maintain the master Smartsheet calendar of all upcoming rewards used to track deadlines, reward status and asset creation, including submitting reward intakes and JIRA tickets for copy/image creation, and updating reward performance trackers
Create partner recap decks to showcase reward performance
Manage weekly live review sessions of Xfinity Rewards platform to ensure all rewards are functioning properly and ranked in the correct order. Identify areas for test and learn opportunities in reward display names, ranking and imagery.
Support Xfinity Rewards activation team on other duties and responsibilities as needed

Experience working with reporting visualization tools, PowerPoint, Excel and Smartsheet
Knowledge of different marketing channels and marketing best practices
Willingness to learn new things, question the status quo and come up with creative solutions
Preferred Majors: Marketing, Business, or Communications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 23, 2024 through March 28, 2025.
Available to report in-person to the work location provided above.
3.0 minimum cumulative GPA preferred.

Base Pay: $23.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
