Job Description:

The Travel and Temp Staffing Business Specialist supports strategic and tactical deliverables for sustainable and cost-efficient results across all Travel categories and Temp Staffing relationships.  This position requires a strong sense of urgency and the ability to succinctly frame issues and alternatives to drive decisions forward.  The Travel and Temp Staffing Business Specialist must be a good communicator committed to providing efficient customer service and collaboration with quick turnaround times.  The Travel and Temp Staffing Business Specialist is also responsible for managing the organization’s temporary staffing function.  In this capacity, this role supports the relationship with our staffing agencies and collaborates internally with multiple business units for temporary staffing needs.  Up to 20% travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism, Business Administration, Economics and Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Familiar with the travel industry, regulations, and requirements
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiar with Concur, Workday, Saber, and GDS
• Experience with working in a fast-paced environment and a strong customer focus background

Qualifications:
