📌 Main Responsibilities:

• Design solutions for our clients (Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Market Infrastructure) integrating skills and experience based on strategy and consulting, using Accenture's different capabilities (digital, technological, operational and data)
• Help develop views on relevant industry issues.
• Participate in the preparation of presentations, meeting reports and documents to present to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work in interdisciplinary work teams, reporting progress and risks.
• Participate in organizational, product and growth strategy design projects, defining operating models, designing automated intelligence solutions, and building business cases.
• Collaborate in the preparation of proposals to develop new business.

📌 Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of industry or project experience in Capital Markets Industry.
• Knowledge on Investment (Trade Finance, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Market Infrastructure)
• IT Operating Model Process design & reengineering
• Knowledge on platform implementation, intelligent automation (RPA / AI) and analytics.
• Knowledge on business and digital transformation, project lifecycle frameworks, and product implementations (Desirable)
• Project Management (Desirable), Agile Methodology (Desirable)
• Knowledge in platforms such as Murex, Calypso and Simcorp (Desirable)
• Management Consulting (Desirable)
• English Advanced (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge on financing structures. (Desirable)
• Knowledge on financial risk. (Desirable)

• Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary global team on defining solutions for complex projects focusing on Customer and employee experience, Middle- and back-office transformation, Digital assets ecosystem enablement, Technology transformation, ESG investing data and sustainability, Future workforce, and skills.
