Data Coordinator – Columbia – Days

As Data Coordinator for the Division of Community and Population Health centralized programs you will be in the front line of helping support patient-centered medical home (PCMH) by leading the creation of data dashboards to evaluate quality, performance and care delivery in a virtual/telehealth setting. In this role you will support two centralized programs: Centralized Administrative Pool (CAP) which schedules all the specialty referrals for the ACN primary care practices and is the virtual front desk for ACN pediatric telehealth program. Centralized Clinical Triage Center (CCTC) which acts as the main point of contact for patients calling ACN primary care practices to speak with their nurse or providing - the program handles an average of 65k calls per year and hundreds of telephonic and virtual triages. This position will be overseeing the analytics associated with managing day-today operations, on-boarding staff and productivity management. 

The full-time schedule for this position is 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master of public health or related field.
  • Experience in conducting statistical analyses using excel 
  • Familiar with quality improvement (QI) methodologies.
  • Desire to exceed expectations in supporting program achieve its quality-of-care goals
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills 

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Formal educational training in computer science or related field
  • Working knowledge of various office and database applications
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

$64,500-$96,000/Annual
